Bottles for Babies is an initiative Structural Truss and Forma Steel have been contributing to as far back as 2005. In 2005, Rob Slawson and his wife, Correen, headed down to Mexico to assist in the building of a church for a small town called Aqua Prieta. While they were there, they were able to spend some time in the community and saw a need for formula for the local babies. That is when Bottles for Babies began. When Rob and Correen arrived home they started collecting bottles and cans to recycle, sending the money to Aqua Prieta each year so that local mothers would have access to formula. Fast forward 15 years we are happy to continue to collect bottles to help these mothers!

In early 2020, Rob, Correen and our founder, Frans Feyter returned to Agua Prieta to assist in another structural build and spend time in the community.
