For 42 years, Fort Macleod has been home to the annual Santa Clause Parade. With the reputation of being the “Biggest and Best, West of Toronto” around 100 entries line up every year, with crowds nearing 12 000 people from all over Southern Alberta.
For close to a decade Structural Truss and Forma Steel have teamed up during the holiday season to create memorable floats for the parade. In 2024, the theme was “snow globes”. Our team was tasked with bringing a vision to life, snow globes made from trusses, with truss trees, a metal shed front and a snowman within the globes. We are excited to share our 2025 float soon with the theme being “Home Alone”.
