EPIC (Exploring Possible Industries & Careers) DAY is a large-scale, 2-part, career exploration event that features a variety of career pathways for up to 720 high school students to explore.

Every year, Forma Steel welcomes a group of local high school students to our shops to show them around and explore what we do. Hopefully some of these students will turn into Forma Steel employees!
