Living Life to the Smallest

Forma Steel was recently included in an article in Steel Design Magazine featuring a terrific tiny home project made in conjunction with Teacup Tiny Homes.

This intriguing undertaking utilized steel for both the roof and the base, to ensure durability in extreme weather conditions. This tiny home was residing in Northern Alberta, so Dave Jackson, the technical product specialist involved with the project, knew the importance of using steel to protect the home’s residents from snow, hail, and everything else this province can deliver.

This new house, along with most Tiny Teacup homes, used Forma Steel’s Forma Loc panels on the roof. Their hidden fasteners make the multiple panels flow seamlessly for an impressive aesthetic. Regardless of the size of the building, we make sure everything is built both to last, as well as to look great!

Below is a link to the article in Steel Design Magazine, which gives more information and insight into the people who desired this tiny home and the process of it coming to fruition.

We’d like to thank both Steel Design Magazine for the excellent article and to Tiny Teacup Homes for their invaluable partnership. We look forward to continuing our work together in making these tiny projects a durable and creative place to call home!
